Statefields School, Incorporated (SSI) has been an Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Provider since 2018, operating under the brand SSI iLEAD (CPD Provider). The initiative was conceptualized by Dr. Perla A. Zotomayor, the founding principal of SSI, with the primary goal of supporting professional teachers and educational leaders in earning CPD units required for license renewal. The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) mandates that teachers comply with the CPD Law for Professional Teachers, which requires 18 CPD Units for the renewal of their teaching licenses.
To address this need, SSI offers a range of CPD programs designed to enhance both formal and informal learning for educators and school administrators.
SSI CPD Provider received its PRC accreditation on May 24, 2018, with Accreditation No. PTR-2018-165. The program was officially launched on the same day, and its first iLEAD seminar was conducted on September 8, 2018, at the Statefields School Multimedia Center. (MMC). Since then, iLEAD seminars have been held in various venues, including: Ateneo de Manila University, Don Bosco, Tarlac, Immaculate Concepcion School, Bulacan, and in St. Peter Parish and Shrine of Leaders, Commonwealth Avenue, Quezon City.
To date, SSI iLEAD has conducted 21 seminars with an average participant count of 106 per session. The seminars have been highly rated, receiving an average participant evaluation score of 4.83. Over the years, SSI has helped various educators collectively earn 170 CPD units.
