    To be the premiere CPD center for educators in the country through meaningful, purposeful and relevant institutes that will foster excellence and empowerment in educational practice      


Mission

     To develop educational leaders and teachers that will maintain a high standard of competence and transform society through increased student achievement and holistic development .      


   Statefields School i-LEAD is a Philippine Professional Regulation Commission (PRC)-accredited Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Center for Professional Teachers under Provider Accreditation Code PTR-2018-165. 


     i-LEAD is designed to support the acquisition of  professional knowledge, skills and dispositions  and application of knowledge for teachers and  educational leaders. Initially, a set of eight powerful institutes is uniquely and separately designed for Educational Leaders and another set of eight powerful institutes for Teachers.

  • Knowledge

    - consists of facts, concepts, ideas, vocabulary, and related aspects of educational culture and practice.
  • Skills

    - observable units of action learned through application of theory to practice.
  • Disposition

    - pattern of behavior that includes motivation and desire to put one’s knowledge and skill into practice.

Resource speakers are seasoned educators and professionals with administrative and teaching experiences in reputable institutions, graduate studies, as well as wide experience as resource persons/facilitators.
