Personal Information we collect through the features and/or forms of this website include your personal information that you will type, encode or share such as your name, address or location, contact information (such as but not limited to e-mail, mobile number, land line number, SSI Employee or Student ID, etc.), and social media link and/or account user name.
Meanwhile, depending on your objective of browsing our website, we may be asking you to give us information about nature of your visit or inquiry and their corresponding details such as but not limited to when you want to inquire about our programs, announcements, events, schedules, job openings and work application status, admission or enrollment inquiries and follow-ups, etc.
The scope and corresponding of nature of information collection we do depend solely on our purpose to provide better services to our stakeholders and we consider these the above-enumerated information as essential data in order for us to achieve such objective.
Likewise, from time to time, we update and modify the types of personal and additional information we gather depending on new website features and reflective school services via our website.

Media

Meanwhile, if your nature of visit would require on your end to fill-up our website forms, you provide us with personal and additional information to pursue your inquiry. On our end, we share these information among key school officials who are tasked to handle designated type of queries depending on their specializations or major role in our organization. There are also instances that the information you provide will reach 3rd-party organization or government agencies in order for us answer your queries. Rest assured, that we do not and will not use your personal and additional information to any monetary schemes or endeavor.
On the other hand, information that you provide or that your device provides, that are related and/or connected with other online services, such as social media services, e-mails, online drives, server security authentication, and the likes are subject to respective 3rd-party data sharing policies and rules.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
