Online Admission Requirements

PRESCHOOL : NURSERY 1 AND 2

A. AGE


  • Incoming N1 and N2 students born in November and December may be considered for advancement to N2 or Kindergarten, respectively, based on the assessment of the Guidance Facilitator.

B. ACADEMIC AND BEHAVIORAL RECORDS     


  • Filled-out online Admission application forms (Personal Information, Health Information, Student Inventory Record)
    Please see link in the procedures
  • Clearly scanned / Electronic (PDF FORMAT) copy of Birth Certificate, (preferably PSA Birth Certificate)
  • Solo Picture following the guidelines which is embedded in the Admissions Portal
  • NOTE: If an applicant is from Foreign Country:
     Applicant must be a Filipino Citizen

C. MEDICAL RECORDS     


  • Additional medical records may be required from applicants with medical conditions indicated in the online admission application form. The Clinic Department and the school's attending physician will evaluate the submitted medical record/s prior to proceeding with the next step

D. INTERVIEW and ENTRANCE EXAMINATION     


  • Interview and examination are conducted face to face. Schedules are set after validating the submitted requirements.
PRESCHOOL : KINDERGARTEN

A. AGE   


Kindergarten who will turn five years old from November 1 to December 31 may be considered on the condition that the learner shall:

 
  • Have completed an Early Childhood Care and Development (ECCD) Program for one (1) school year. Parents/legal guardians shall provide copies of the Certificate of Completion/Attendance of the learner’s previous ECCD program experience from a public or private Child Development Centers (CDCs)/Learning Centers (LCs) that are granted with permit or recognition; or

  • Undergo the Philippine Early Childhood and Development (ECD) Checklist during the enrollment period until the first week of the school year in order to ensure that the learner is capable of meeting the expectations of the kindergarten level. The ECD checklist shall be administered by the Kindergarten teachers of the receiving school, and the results shall be the basis of the school in admission to Kindergarten. Further, the accomplished checklist shall form part of the records of the learner.

  • Recommendation letter and Good Moral Certificate Form - for applicants from Kinder to Grade 12 (downloadable via website; for applicants in Kinder without prior schooling, there is no need to submit GMC and Recommendation Letter)

  • NOTE: If an applicant is from Foreign School or Philippine School Abroad:
     Applicant must be a Filipino Citizen

                  Applicant must also submit the following:
         - Birth Certificate, Report Card/Assessment Report with numerical equivalent or translation (English translation must be provided for report cards using other languages)
         - Certificate of Promotion (This certificate states that the applicant is promoted for the next level)
         - Recommendation and Good Moral Certificate Form (applicant may use the downloadable form from the admission portal)

ELEMENTARY SCHOOL : GRADE 1 to GRADE 3

A. GRADE 1 - Applicant must be a KINDERGARTEN Completer, with Learner's Reference Number (LRN)


B. ACADEMIC AND BEHAVIORAL RECORDS

  • Clearly scanned / Electronic (PDF Format) or original copy of the latest Report Card (either from 1st, 2nd, 3rd quarter grades) or Transcript of record (Form 137) if already available.

       -Grades not in numeric form must be provided with numerical equivalent
       -No grade lower than 80 in major subjects

    NOTE: If there are grades lower than 80 in major subjects (English, Math & Science), parent/guardian should write a letter addressed to the Principal for approval prior admission
