Enrollment Procedures

Online Enrollment Procedures for NEW and RETURNING Students

  • Log- in to the SSI-Connect Parent Portal: https://portal.statefieldsschool.net.
  • Click STUDENT REGISTRATION > Enrollment
  • Check the box below the picture of the child you will enroll.
  • Verify student information and update if necessary
  • For returning students, upload a latest 2x2 scanned colored ID picture in blue or white background (JPEG or PNG format). This will be used for your School ID.
  • Update Health Information of the student

  • Read and understand the parent and school agreement, click the assigned box to signify your approval.
  • Select the Mode of payment and click the SUBMIT BUTTON and view your assessed fees.
    NOTE : Sibling Discount will be given to the younger child provided that the elder child is already assessed or enrolled.
  • Proceed to ordering of books. Select the books that you will avail and click ADD to CART

  • If you still have other child to enroll, please click Enroll another child. If you’re done with the enrollment of all your children click Proceed to Payment.

  • In the Payment page, choose your preferred Payment Option.

    NOTE : If you will pay through Other Payment Channel, please be reminded to upload your proof of payment through PAYMENT HISTORY to avoid delay in the processing and posting of your payment by the Accounting Department.

      NOTE: The school will conduct business purely through the SSi-Connect Parent Portal to avoid face-to-face exchanges and interactions to conform to the physical distancing protocols.   • If you pay using the Third-Party Payment Center, please upload the payment details in the designated field in the Payment History of the SSi-Connect Parent Portal in order for your payment to be recorded by the Accounting Office.

COLLECTION/REFUND OF TUITION AND OTHER FEES

      The enrollment of a student in a private school creates a reciprocal obligation between the school and the students and/or the parents. The former to provide education, and the latter, to pay the tuition and the other school fees.


Reciprocal obligations are those created or established at the same time, out of the same cause, and which results in a mutual relationship between the school and the parents. When a student registers in a school, it is understood that he/she is enrolling for the entire school year.

      Policies and Procedures on Refund and Withdrawal

      The school implements the Department of Education (DepEd) policy on refund as stipulated in DepEd Order (DO) 88 s 2010  stating: Tuition Charges


Refund of Tuition, Miscellaneous and other fees will be allowed only on the following conditions

  • 10% of the total assessed fees shall not be refundable if the student officially withdraws in writing within the first week of classes. Assessed fees are the total tuition and miscellaneous fees of a particular level.
  • 20% of the total assessed fees shall not be refundable if the student officially withdraws in writing within the second week of classes.
  • If the student officially withdraws in writing two weeks after the beginning of classes:

    If Payment is on Annual Basis:
    - The entire amount shall not be refundable.

    If Payment is on Installment Basis:
    - The unpaid balance of the required fees for the whole year must be settled in full.
  • Official notification from parents should be submitted to the Registrar's Office on or before the last expected day of attendance of student concerned for the proper fee to be collected from student.
  • Notice of withdrawal must be done in WRITING. There is NO refund for registration and testing fee.
